I design complex B2B products and then build them. Not prototypes — the production frontend, the backend functions, the connectors underneath. The same person decides it and ships it, so nothing is lost explaining it to someone else.

One Loop

The design and the code are the same job. A decision gets tested against real data in a browser the same afternoon it's made, instead of waiting out a spec and a ticket — and it still goes to the engineers I work with for review, the way anyone's code does.

Systems, Not Screens

When the interface needs something that doesn't exist yet, I build it: a canvas-based data grid with its contract under test, a node editor that lets a non-programmer program AI agents, connectors between six services that disagree about what a lead is.

Feb 2026 — Present

Redesigned a live regulatory reporting platform end to end: seven pages, eleven workflow stages, raw source files to a filed report. Prototyped each stage with the analyst who uses it daily, then the Head of Regulatory Reporting, QA and the CEO; built it with the platform's frontend engineers behind an opt-in toggle while clients kept filing. Nothing rolled back.

Stayte ex-Reviero · B2B2C — Designed the system a real-estate agency runs on, lead to closed deal: 7,000+ leads processed, ~200 deals closed. Built it too, with a node-based editor that lets sales retune the AI agents without a developer.

Navian Enterprise SaaS — Designed a capital lifecycle platform that replaced a 50-sheet Excel model: nine roles on one deal, from land owners to investment bankers; presets cut 40% of deal setup. Design system on MUI and Storybook.

Designed a biosecurity platform used by Disney, Netflix and JPMorgan. Hid 90% of the medical data behind a traffic-light triage, so teams on set act on 50k+ employee records at a glance. With no access to end users under HIPAA, validated every flow through prototypes in client meetings.
